'Moonless Night' a Harry Hayes Film, presents the true story of Squadron Leader B.A. 'Jimmy' James final escape attempt from Sachsenhausen Death Camp in World War II.

'So this is Colditz?' - 'Colditz? No, I wish to hell it was. This is Sachsenhausen and the only way out here is up the chimney.'

'Jimmy' was shot down in 1940 in Holland, he was caught and spent the rest of the war in German POW camps. He made 12 escape attempts and was the 39th man out of tunnel 'Harry' in 'The Great Escape' at Sagan. The film covers his story after he survived the SS execution of 50 of the 76 Sagan Escapees when he was sent to Sachsenhausen death camp, an inescapable SS fortress outside Berlin.
